2007 BMW 335 Review

Ownership Status: I own this vehicle.
Recommendation: I recommend this vehicle.

Pros Engine. God-like comes to mind. It is amazingly smooth and powerful, has almost no turbo lag and gets fantastic gas mileage. Build quality is without peer, everything in the cabin feels just right, and the quality of the materials is excellent. The styling inside and out is beautiful. I-Drive is also very easy to use and I love the HD and Satellite radio options. Leather feels and smells great and the options are all very alluring.

Cons There are a few. I have the aluminum trim inside and have gotten several nicks on the drivers inside door panel from the seat belt being taken off. If youre not careful, the belt will hit the aluminum trim and scratch it. The starter button should require no brake pedal to enagage. I also wish the rear windows on the coupe still had the power vent option.

The 335i coupe is one hell of a machine. It is expensive but worth it. This is my third 3-series BMW and by far the most incredible machine in their current line-up (not including anything with the letter "M") I realized before purchasing that this car would be great, but I had no idea the level of performance and refinement the new 3's offered.

Serious, Sporty, Elegant, Refined, I have black leather with the aluminum trim and I really feel like Im in a much more expensive car than it is. Get the iDrive for a more high tech appearance.

Solid and well built all over. Slam the doors to see for yourself.

Oh my god !! That describes the bi-turbo inline six perfectly.

Again, feels like a much more expensive car when discussing handling and braking. EXCELLENT.

Umm, 30 miles per gallon on the highway at 80mph. No, seriously. Huge upgrade over my previous 330i. Much faster, guzzles less. I dont get it.

Got every option except active cruise control and active steering. When youre spending this much anyway, get what you want, which is everything.

Amazingly good value. Did Someone say "Free Maintenance" ?? I dont care if its built into the price of the car, I love not paying to maintain these beasts.

Get a 335i out on the road and watch other cars that cost twice as much try to keep up. Its worth every single penny.



This car is simply incredible. If you are looking for amazing performance and serious luxury, you will not be disapointed. The car does everything masterfully well and is such a joy to drive everyday. If you can afford the topline 335i loaded with options, you will enjoy every single second behind the wheel. Promise.
