2006 BMW M5 Review

Ownership Status: I use to own this vehicle.
Recommendation: I recommend this vehicle.

Pros -Super fast -Exhaust note -Supercar like handling -M button -Exterior styling

Cons -Fuel economy -idrive takes time to get used to.

Fantastic. One word that would describe this beast, the BMW M5. After the promising concept M5, here comes the fifth and fastest M5 ever. With 507hp, and the ability to do 100km in under 4.7 seconds, Lambo owners should be shaking in their shoes. Yes, its this fast, and doesn't fall short in handling either. Best super sedan yet?!



Very agressive looking, with best looking rims in business.

Very sporty looking interior, and the aluminium trim and nappa leather look beautiful.

Everything used is lightwieght...

The quality of the interior is acceptable, needs to feel abit more expensive. (problem fixed with the facelift)

Does saying it won the engine of the year award twice in a row give you a hint?

Like all M cars, this car can go fast, and stay fast on corners!
Braking is excellent, but feels incomplete. Still a 10/10!

Not what people in this class are looking for...

Havent really noticed, but thats because the 1st thing I said when I was at the dealer is "full options please"...

Barely spent any money on ownership, but thats because I sold it after 1 year, and I'm regretting it...

Too expensive, but definitely deserves it for that kind of performance. Still cheaper than AMG competitors.



Best M5 yet, even better after the facelift.
