  • Interior wear shows
  • Does everything well, but doesn't excel in anything

Introduction
It does everything it's supposed to. Well-equipped. Drives well, but not a performance vehicle. Good for road trips.

Exterior Styling - 7
It gets old after a year or two, but it's still looking okay.

Interior Styling - 8
A bit gimmicky, but very easy to use and very feature-laden.

Exterior Build/Materials Quality - 10
Nothing wrong with the outside.

Interior Build/Materials Quality - 6
Nowhere near as good as the Germans in terms of build. Seats wear out faster, things are coming apart, some of the wood seems fake.

Engine Performance - 7
It's fine for pulling the car, but don't expect any thrills.

Handling/Braking - 7
Nimble. Poor braking performance- pedal is very mushy.

Fuel Efficiency - 8
Better than most SUVs, but not good enough for the size and weight of the vehicle.

Available Features/Options - 10
A ton! This is probably the highlight of the car- many, many features.

Cost of Ownership - 9
Like the S4, the only major cost has been the gas bill.

Value - 8
It's an okay value. We paid $47K. At this point, I'd take an X5 instead.

Conclusion
This car has been a fine experience for us. But we're ready to move on- my wife won't get another Lexus.
