Pros
  • Has proved to be reliable
  • Good on road comfort for capable off roader
  • Unique design
  • Excellent Crash Test scores
  • Nice power from 4.0 V6
  • Very Good Brakes
  • Bose Sound System is very good
Cons
  • Fuel economy 17 mpg in mixed driving
  • 2nd row is short on leg room
  • 3rd row is useless
  • Handling at Highway speeds is poor
  • Engine noise during acceleration
  • Interior fit and finish

Introduction
This has been the family truckster now for almost 2 years and it has served admirably. I have the LE trim with every option except Navi.

Conclusion
The 2005 Pathfinder has been a reliable car for my family. I have a few minor gripes, but nothing that makes me want to get rid of the car. It has stand out looks, fairly decent on road manners, and serious off road capability.
