The second unsatisfying item was that the dealership refused to take a paid-in-full check made payable to the customer, and endorsed as to “pay to the order of” the dealership. Other than that, the process was easy, somewhat quick, and simple. After agreement on how the dealership will acquire the money, we went on our way.
Overall, the experience was very pleasant and easy. Jim O’Connell was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Another disappointment is that when we first contacted the dealership via an online form, an Internet Sales Consultant received my message. In that message, I specified that I preferred to be contacted by email, and yet I received a call early in the morning. He did very little to assist us, where we went to the dealership, and that is where we met Jim. Since Jim made up for John’s shortcomings, I will say, for what it’s worth, I thought Jim O'Connell deserved all and more from this sale. We were extremely satisfied. When the time arises, we may conduct our business with this dealership again, and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
