My name is Jorge Maese and found the dream car here at this dealership. Adel was great with meeting my needs. Dmitriy was also exceptional to work with on getting this car and always returned my calls although he was extremely busy.
i bought the car and paid for it on 9/18 at 12 pm and was notified that the car ships on 9/22/204. Very exciting! I have never bought a car out of state much less shipped. I am a little nervous about the whole shipping process but I have to trust the staff that I will get here safe.

I've always been a full-size pick and SUV person myself. That's all I'd driven for the past 15YRS I've been living in the US. I purchased a 2010 550i GT back in May of this year ['14] in Northern Virginia. The vehicle had about 44K on the odometer, so it was far from being considered "new." Even though I has a contact at Richmond BMW Midlothian, I mistakenly [thinking I was calling/booking Midlothian] booked the car at Richmond BMW @ West Broad for a "pre-purchase" inspection. Boy was I glad I did!
Without getting into great detail, my vehicle has had more than one or two visits for warranty issues that have risen over the last four months or so of ownership. Richmond BMW @ West Broad never questioned the fact that I was NOT the original owner of this vehicle; or the fact that the manufacturer's factory warrant [4YR or 50K] was nearing its end. This top-shelf dealership stands behind the brand-name they sell...... and they do everything they possibly can to work in favor of the customer.
On each and every one of these visits, my Service Advisor, Joshua Garrett's attitude in EVERY regard has been simply extraordinary!
He has gone out of his way [well above and beyond] on SEVERAL occasions to make certain that I had been nothing short of satisfied. From having a loaner vehicle available to staying in constant contact as to not leave the customer guessing/wondering, Joshua's attitude has been positive every time. I've had to drop in unannounced on a couple of occasions, dropped by when the Service Dept. was overcrowded, been by when Joshua Garrett was clearly stressed and a little overwhelmed and in all kinds of situations in between. However, not one time, did I feel like I wasn't being adequately look after or that my presence was a circumstance causing inconvenience or annoyance to Joshua and/or the dealership. Not one time. I was always made to feel welcome and assured that all my issues, regardless of the extent, would be addressed. I was always treated like I was the most important customer.
On the very few occasions I've dropped in and Joshua was absent, Tim Peterson was no different in every regard.
Take it from someone who's owned 12 cars in the last 15YRS: Everything from General Motos to Mercedes Benz's; I have never experienced customer service like this from any dealership, anywhere, anytime and on any level. I'm so impressed and satisfied in every area with Richmond BMW @ West Broad, that I recently told my wife that I will never drive anything else except a BMW from here on..... the same goes for her. Purchased from Richmond BMW West Broad Street.
This dealership is a credit to the Bayerische Motoren Werke AG brand name and the standard that all other dealerships should be judged by. If I had to pick one word that best epitomizes this dealership, it would be: exceptional.
