My wife and I were looking for a new car and knew the second that we walked into the dealership that the people there loved their jobs and were excited about helping us find the perfect car.
5-years later we are still driving the 2005 Mercury Mountianeer and will keep it for another 5-years. The next car that I plan to purchase will be at Freedom Mercury. I now live in Georgia and will drive the 9-hours to the dealership to purchase a new car from this company. I know that they will take care of me and will answer all of my questions. Even when I call from Georgia about the Mountaineer. They help and that is the relationship that you search years to find in a dealership.
All I can say is thanks...keep up the great work!On 2/7/2004 11:13:12 PM dooleey wrote:
They are the worst dealer i have ever seen they cant diagnose a problem. To start our 2001 chrysler town in country sliding doors they are autmatic as well started to get very hard to open in close we complained about 3 time and they diganosed it with there pc it said everything was ok so they did nothing to help us they didnt even try to lubricate the doors very dissapointed. We went again this month 12/4/04 and now there computer says the electric door motors were bad( i could of told them that) while car was there are speedometer stoped working maybe 2 weeks we took it in they charged 71 dollars for a new battery what is with that ands it a mopar battery wait thats what i was getting rid of. Just put it this way chysler stinks and pomoco contributes to it.
