When I had some questions about the body work that they had done on the truck he put me in touch with Gary. Gary spent 30 minutes on the phone telling me about the truck's history and the work that they had done on it. The customer service that these two gentlemen provided me went far beyond anything I expected. If I did not live in Jacksonville, FL, McConnell would be my dealership of choice, these guys are amazing. Thanks James and Gary!

I called back the next week and was told he quit and they I would be called as soon as repairman was back in town. I have not heard from him yet. i am very unhappy about the purchase and wish that I had stuck to who I knew elsewhere. I feel like everyone was friendly and helpful when I was trying to purchase vehicle now they've forgotton about me! :(
