Sheila Williams explained everything about the vehicle I was purchasing and offered me a choice of warranties if I wanted to choose them. Chad Cabrera was the Finance Manager that filled out all the paperwork required for my purchase. All were very helpful and informative. My overall experience with Koons Buick personnel was excellent. If any of my friends are interested in getting a new Buick, I will definitely tell them to check with Derek at Joyce Koons Buick in Manassas, VA.
