Becky was super and so were the mechanics that helped me. I would take my car back here in a heartbeat. The dealership needs to build them a new garage. They do have a waiting room and a clean bathroom but they need to update.

The car salesman and the sales manager here seemed to have both gone to the same training. The school for sleezy salesman that take advantage of customers however they can. Was mislead, was lied too and way overcharged for car I purchased. Took the car to other dealerships the same week and they were shocked on what I was charged. After several attempts getting someone to call me back from the dealership, I emailed the General Manager. I was told a sales manager at the dealership would come up with some options for me in an effort to resolve my concerns. The sales manager never followed up with me and only after me initiating follow up would respond with short, non helpful, no options, no help offered. Thank you Auburn Valley for re confirming why car salesman have a bad reputation.
