So I called Joe on Tuesday at 10:15. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he had the part with my name on it and to "come on over". The part was the correct one, the price was what he had told me, and I was in and out in fifteen minutes.

What I also especially liked was that Joe LISTENED to me as I explained the problem; he did not interrupt me and only asked a few questions. I like that! Add to that the fact that he did what he said he would do (and on time) with no excuses or surprises.

Norton Toyota needs to recognize Joe for his outstanding service and because he is a very important and positive public relations resource for their dealership. So recognize him is some positive way!!

Thank you, Joe for your help. I will return the next time I need quality help and service.

I particularly liked working with Richard Haase the sales person and Zack, the Business Manager. They did not have the car I wanted in stock, but received one in less than 48 hours. The car was well detailed, full of gas and Richard helped me set up my phone and electronics. Zack made the financing easy and was helpful in discussing options. This is my second Prius C from this dealership and this experience was exceptional.
