R8 shutting down Mahnattan

As previously reported on Autospies.com by Chewy (http://www.autospies.com/news/Audi-Parade-in-New-York-City-Audi-R8-American-Debut-9018/), the Audi R8 made its way down Park Avenue this morning at 10am with an official escort by the 2006 LeMans winning Audi R10 TDI Diesel. The R8 was suppose to have a two car escort however the 1938 Auto Union Type D Silver Arrow race car wouldn't start and couldn't make it down Park Ave as part of the three car parade.

About 10 minutes later the 1938 Auto Union Type D Silver Arrow race car did steal the show. The exhaust note of 550 horsepower supercharged V12 engine brought a few investment bankers down from their 12th floor Park Ave offices to see what all the commotion was about.

Audi also had an S8, S6 and RS4 on display. The S6 and S8 had V10 badges on them!

This is kind of dumb, they shut down park avenue in order to show their cars, can they not get attentione elsewhere?
