I don't think we've ever had a "Car Wars" story that featured the same cars going against one another. But, there's a time and a place for everything, so they say.
In the fuel wars, the gasoline versus diesel debate just doesn't seem to pipe down. While overseas it's universally considered "going the cheap route" if you pick up an oil burner, on our shores it's actually the more expensive route in some ways.
Take, for example, the diesel fuel pricing premium. Or, how about the couple of grand it'll likely cost you to acquire a diesel product over the standard.
Well, we won't let that soil this head-to-head comparison — entirely.
