In the world of high-performance sport sedans, it's hard to get much better than the likes of the Mercedes-AMG C63 S. It could have to do with the fact it is one of the only "entry level" luxury sedans with a Steroid-infused sibling.

That is until the Alfa Romeo Giulia came about. Now with the Quadrifoglio variant equipped with over 500 galloping ponies, it's clear that Mercedes-AMG has a challenger on its hands.

But, is it better? Only one way to know with certainty. That includes Autocar taking out both models for some back-to-back testing.
