I'd argue that BMW' two biggest product launches in the past 12 months has been the all-new M3/M4 and all-new i8. Yes, the company has also launched mega volume vehicles like the X5 but the reality is that was merely an evolution of an already "good enough" product.
The M3/M4 and i8 are showing us where the brand is going, essentially. They're the best representations of what the Bavarian marque is producing and aspires to produce.
As expected, Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson has been doing some interesting reviews on the series' all-new season. One of the most interesting yet, I'd argue, is the face off put together between the M3 and i8.
Although I won't spoil it, I will say this is a particularly good bit of video to scope out.
