In my previous thread I noted that the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is happening next week. One of the stars of the event, at least from an automotive perspective, will be the debut of the second-gen Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class.
Given how popular the first-gen CLA was, we're expecting the second-gen product to deliver on all fronts. In a much more competitive landscape; however, the three-pointed star has its work cut out for itself.
Taking some creative license from the revealed A-Class, the CLA will lift some exterior design cues as well as its interior from the A. That's not much of a surprise given its name is CLA. As mentioned in my last thread, the reveal at CES will center on all-new in-cabin technology dubbed Interior Assistant.
More details to follow once we have them in hand.
All that said, we have something more exciting to show you. A Motor1 reader recently ran across a lightly camouflaged second-gen CLA in Hungary. While the exterior is slightly obscured, the interior is completely naked.
