When Toyota dropped the FT1 on us at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS), our jaws dropped.

Not only had this major automaker kept the car a complete secret from the press, it was an amazing looking product, inside and out.

It's like a Lexus LFA met the 1990s Toyota Supra and bumped pelvis'.

Although I am not so smitten with the Ferrari Enzo/Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR nose cone, I think I can deal with it. So far no word has leaked out on whether or not something like this could see the light of day but if I am not mistaken, i think a lot of folks are hoping the next-gen Supra looks something like this. Considering the latest word seems to indicate the Supra is a "go," let's cross our fingers.

Until then, enjoy the FT1.
