Cadillac CTS Coupe on the way to help dealers increase sales
Cadillac executives have challenged their dealers to keep riding the momentum of the CTS sedan to bring Cadillac’s annual sales back to 192,000 as they were in 2005.

Dealers are even more enthusiastic and said they would like to reach 210,000 units sold by the end of 2008. One dealer says that given the popularity of the new CTS sedan and with the Escalade SUV still in high-demand, reaching 192,000 should be no problem.

Cadillac also told dealers that the brand will offer a CTS Coupe variant based on the CT Coupe concept shown at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show, but did not say...

I personally think that the back 3/4 is very awkwardly proportioned. but if its going to help Cadillac, then good for them...

The rear end does look kind of awkward. But then again, this is a concept. I'm sure they'll work on that and make it look better. The CTS has improved a lot when compared with its 1st. generation. With the addition of a coupe, the CTS name will be heard around a lot more often.

i think they should produce the concept as it is. it looks great. if it seems awkward to you, perhaps you are expecting something more conventional than what Cadillac has in mind. it looks fresh, modern, and unique. extremely cool. they should bring this to the streets ASAP.

I saw the concept last week here at the Chicago auto show and once you see it in person it looks really good.

The Coupe, especially the back half, looks incredible. There are plenty of more conventional looking vehicles on the market already for those averse to unique, modern design. Leave this one just as it is for the rest of us to enjoy.

GM should focus more on the Caddy line of cars instead of pouring $ into Saturn cars which I seriously consider as an ugly putz.

Correct GM Execs...dump Buick too, have Tiger endorse Caddy instead. This CTS Coupe is awesome! Build it and they will buy! If I ever decide to get rid of my BMW coupe I will take a strong look at this CTS.

Great job Caddy, now if GM would only replace that old DTS, and rejuvinate the rest of their lineup like they did the CTS I might have to actually consider a domestic for once in my life.

GM has never been bad with its designs, some of my favourite designs are on the GM stable, if only they could focus more on their powertrain side, I am sure they have a winner, with this CTS coupe for a start!

Good looking car, should be pretty competitve.

Wouldnt it be a CTC though, instead of CTS? I thought that was how Caddy worked.
