Unlike some people around here, I am a fan of ALL autos. What can I say, I love things with four wheels — in some cases, even two. And though the 2015 Subaru WRX has been receiving a heaping full of hate, I actually think it's a move in the right direction for the brand if it wants to get more serious and attract a broader audience.

But if the WRX didn't quite satisfy your hunger, well, guess what?

It turns out Subaru has officially announced via a press release issued yesterday that it will be bringing the WRX STI to the 2014 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS).

Details are mum and there haven't been any sightings. As the show nears, we'll update you with the latest information and pictures as they come in!
