The Detroit Auto Show has begun before. ..well...it began. Kinda weird concept, eh? There's a couple of things we can be thankful of the Canadians for: Hockey, maple syrup and snow. Oh, and the accidental leak of the all-new Infiniti Q50 by Infiniti Canada.Apparently the web admins up there must have mixed up the date when it was suppose to go live and it wound up plastered on the retail site's page a bit early. It's fixed up now but we got the shots anyhow. So, without further ado, here's your very FIRST look at the all-new Q50.AutoSpies.com is the number one site in the world for Auto Show photos. With other sites you're a spectator but with Auto Spies is like you're THERE!Official Detroit Auto Show photo gallery**The 2013 Detroit Auto Show Gallery and coverage is sponsored by Lexus

Is it just me, or does the side profile look like every other Infiniti sedan, and in particular the "M" cars from Infiniti, and why did they choose to imitate the Lexus "spindle" design grill? To the credit of Lexus, their "spindle" design grill is a good attempt at breaking out from copying everyone else's car design, but why didn't Infiniti look to do the same and not make a clear copy of that design.Other than that, I think the car looks good, but curious how it shapes up size wise in relation to the "M" cars.-00J— Agent00J (View Profile)

This would have been a good comment had you made it when they released the 2013 FX37 00J. Now just seems like you're not paying attention ;)http://global-assets.futuredealer2.com/model/infiniti/2013/fx37/model-header-photo.jpg— makkystyle (View Profile)

I see your point, but the link you posted in my humble opinion isn't as pronounced and exaggerated as that on this sedan. It's funny, I've got friend who drive FX's and I really haven't drawn the connection their to Lexus. I guess perhaps you are right, shame on me!!!-00J— Agent00J (View Profile)

Looks like baby M. I like the design but IS is the one which is catching all the eyeballs. — JUGNU (View Profile)

Another disappointment from our Japanese luxury brands. Though it's not as garish as the previous rendering posted here, there are still way too many bulges and curvy things going on here. Though not as desperate looking as the IS, it's still quite off-putting. And, for some reason, it's taken on more of a 3-Series-clone look than ever before. Maybe it's just these pics. Hated the JX's D-pillar design and don't like it on this car's C-pillar, though it's not as gawdy. I'm glad Infiniti finally has done something with that interior. it's definitely more luxurious looking, but that high cowl and Cadillac-like design isn't working. And that right-to-left sweep line will not go unnoticed by BMW fans/owners. I'll have to stay in the German showrooms, I guess. — cidflekken (View Profile)

I see a little Audi influence in the rear and profile with hints of BMW, MB and Lexus in the front. It's a nice design, but definitely evolutionary. — MorePower (View Profile)

Same comments as usual. If it's not from German or Koreas it's ugly. I think it look really good and it's not trying to hard. It still has similar design from the 2007-2013 model which is good. They only did minor change to it like how BMW did only minor change to the BMW 3-Series.I love it. Can't wait to see what the coupe look like and how it perform. I'm getting the coupe so hopefully it look as good as the first generation G35 coupe.— Lexus (View Profile)

I like it. Would like to see more in-depth detail of the interior. But I think it's nicer than that multilevel, too many knobs IS interior.— gkearns56 (View Profile)
