One of the more controversial happenings in the past 12, or so, months has been the reveal of the all-new Audi A4 as well as its two-door sibling, the A5. While the vehicles are considered all-new and have a raft of all-new changes, there look decidedly...old.

Well, at least on the outside.

On the inside the interiors are lovely places to be with great material quality and some whiz-bang infotainment. Take, for example, the huge TFT instrument panel that can be a huge map should you so desire.

While that sounds all good and well though, what's it like behind the wheel? Well, check out this review from our friends across the pond to find out. Hang in there until the end to see this reviewer's verdict.

Should you AVOID it, CONSIDER it, SHORTLIST it or just BUY it?

At first glance the Audi A5 may look familiar, that’s because it shares the same chassis design as the Audi A4 Saloon but, with more passenger and boot space, despite being 60kg lighter than the saloon. However, the A5 isn’t competing against its saloon brother, but rather stiff competition from the BMW 4 Series and Mercedes C-Class Coupe. So in what areas does the A5 shine, or is this car a solid all rounder? Find out all my thoughts in this in-depth video review.
