Yesterday you may have noticed we posted a story about the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon. Set for a mega debut tomorrow, it is expected to get a lot of attention.

While we thought that the estate market was dead, it doesn't appear that the automakers agree. Especially for the large luxury wagons.

As of now it seems like the V90 will be duking it out with the E-Class. But, what does the all-new, big daddy V90 deliver?

If we were betting men, and we are, we suspect that the big wagons won't move the needle too much as U.S.-based consumers have proven time and time again to prefer large sport-utility vehicles.


The big Volvo estate is back. The Volvo V90 is the second car in Volvo's resurgence and it's the first time in decades, Volvo says, that it has had a car capable of taking on and beating the Audi A6, BMW 5-Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
