To me, the Geneva Motor Show is always a special one. Not only is it held in a lovely European city, but it always seems to turn out some of the best concepts of the year. This show always has a bit of pizzazz to it that reminds of the auto show of yesteryear where zany concepts were normal. It feels more like a couture fashion show where the cars are more works of art rather than a market research campaign to see if anyone's going to buy the damn thing. While Agent 009 reminded us yesterday WHY the Geneva Motor Show is so great, now it's time to start looking at what's been revealed and will be in attendance for the first time. From what I can see so far we're going to have some heavy hitters in attendance. The real hardware's coming out, folks. With the likes of the Lamborghini Huracan making its first appearance, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe and McLaren 650S there's a lot of high-end metal at the show. Hopefully more practical vehicles such as the BMW X3, Mazda Hazumi — Mazda 2 — and updated Ford Focus can keep the event in touch with reality.
