There are very few cars out there that really move me. One of them is the McLaren F1.

Ever since I was a little 00R I've consistently lusted after this automobile. If I ever get the chance to get behind its centrally mounted wheel, I know it may be one of the best or worst things to happen. That's because it's like meeting your childhood hero. It may be one of the most overwhelming moments of my life or possibly one of the biggest let downs.

Having just spent some wheel time in an all-new McLaren 650S Spider though, I must say McLaren is doing things right. At least today.

Set to debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show is the all-new P1 GTR. Although the British marque has released the full details about the all-new P1 GTR ahead of the show, it recently let out an all-new clip that features it running around the track alongside the iconic F1 GTR. Considering the company is honoring the original with the P1 GTR sporting similar livery, it certainly makes for a cool video.

Scope it out, below!

Two decades after the McLaren F1 GTR swept the board at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the McLaren P1™ GTR will debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show in production form. The striking track-only model is finished in a livery inspired by one of the most iconic colour schemes of modern-day motorsport, in homage to a car which has reserved its own place in history – the yellow and green McLaren F1 GTR, chassis #06R.

The McLaren P1™ GTR will make its global debut alongside the recently announced McLaren 675LT on Stand 1240, Hall 1 at 12.15 CET (11.15 GMT) on Tuesday, 3 March 2015 at the 85th International Geneva Motor Show.
