As I've been noting in the various leaked photographs and spy images we've posted, the all-new Aston Martin DB11 set to debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show (GIMS) is a watershed vehicle. In other words, it means the company is going to pivot in an all-new direction.

It became even more true as the "studio" photographs leaked out before the car's Geneva debut.

As you can see in the four images below, the all-new Aston boasts an all-new look. There's no question it is a GT car but gone is the slick styling the DB9 and Vantage brought to the table. To me there's three BIG influences:

1) Aston Martin Zagatos of days gone by;
2) Aston Martin Vanquish — note the hips; and,
3) BMW i8.

That last one may be a curveball but make sure to check out the rear 3/4 and observe the taillights, rear glass and floating roof. It's a very interesting package.

What we're really looking forward to though are the interior shots. This is an area where Aston excels and from what we've seen in the spy shots, there should be some serious Mercedes-Benz part sharing.

We want to see to what degree though.

That said, check out the shots below and let us know what you think of the all-new Aston Martin DB11: Do YOU approve of the all-new design?
