How Will Mazda Destroy 4,700 New Cars Quickly?

"Fire in the hole!" shouts Ron Hoodenpyle, covering his ears and stepping away from a brand-new Mazda 3 he just wired with special detonators. Suddenly, all six of the car's airbags explode at once.

Within hours the metallic blue sedan will be drained, gutted, squished and shredded -- one of thousands to meet the same fate here. The cars are so new, most don't even have 10 miles on the odometer.

because it's "below" them, plus it's easier to hate what you fear i.e. Japanese auto success.

+1 I doubt many people who disrespect japanese cars at autospies EVEN own a car.

But hey! you can stick to your crappy GM/Detroit/"Big Three" inefficient cars. I know for sure the Japanese are beating the s*** out of those companies. Even the chinese are doing better!

mentally, most japanese are TEN TIMES TALLER than you, YOU MENTAL MIDGET.

even vietnamese have long put OUR aggressive war in THEIR land behind them, and do not hate americans. if YOU still begrudge japan for a war that ended more than 1/2 ago, you are an ignorant bitter fool.
if you hate them simply for making SUPERIOR automotive, optical, and electronic goods, you are just an embittered IDIOT.
(smart people would BUY the good stuff! getting excellent TANGIBLE goods for almost worthless greenbacks.)

If it were in Asia, its a hands down decision to do a five or six point check and sell as new. Check for fluid leaks, paint damage, computer diagnose, electronics all working, interior smell. If all is ok, then its "brand new". But Mazda does have that reputation so I guess this is best. Its insured!!!!!

nope. it requires unscrupulous AMERICANS to do minimal cosmetic 'fixes' and reselling to unsuspecting buyers.

as ACTUALLY HAPPENED with Katrina damaged cars in new orleans. read the article.
