Kia designer Peter Schreyer, ex-Audi designer, is probably pretty pissed off this morning.

His new pride and joy, and his “new face of Kia,” crashed on the way to the 2007 LA Auto Show. The car was on its way to the Los Angeles Convention center when it broke free of its cargo restraints inside the transporter and smashed its front end.

It only slightly looks like an Audi and from the front only. But what would you expect when the designer used to work for Audi (most designers have a certain style which will show no matter what company they work for).

This must really suck though.
