The key element in the story is that new models tend to outsell old models and Lexus has the $$$ to keep introducing more models and at a faster pace than BMW and Mercedes. Also its interesting to see a Japanese luxury brand doing well in another Asian country.— MercBasher (View Profile)

A Korean friend of mine tells me that the Koreans still feel anti-Japanese sentiments because of their shared history in the past. He said that Japanese cars tend to do poorly in Korea. Now I have not checked any sales sheets for this market (and I don't really care either), but I'll take his word for it.— BMW530i (View Profile)
