There’s good news to U.S. buyers waiting for their 2017 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF: the power-hardtop version of the world’s best-selling roadster is reaching our shores two months earlier than planned.
Mazda hadn’t expected to receive the first boatload of RF models until February 2017, but a production shift at the company’s factory in Japan means that the first shipment is already on its way Stateside. Mazda spokesman Jacob Brown said the Miata RFs should be at port in Tacoma, Washington, by the first week of December, and delivered the week after.
