If you've been a frequenter of AutoSpies, by now you should know that we're very BIG on the way vehicles are spec'd. It plays a significant role in the way a vehicle is perceived and the presence it makes while driving down the main boulevard's strip.

At the 2015 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS), I was impressed by the way Bentley decided to showcase one of its models on the show floor. It was an all-new Continental GT Speed Convertible.

Painted a special hue that was a mixture between blue and purple, it ever so slightly changed in the light. If you looked at it from one angle it was a rich blue, another deep purple. Mind you this was not one of those corny chameleon paint jobs. This was sophisticated along the likes of BMW's Carbon Black that appears black in some light and midnight blue in other.

That said, I wanted to leave it up to YOU to weigh in: is this specially painted Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible AWESOME or AWFUL?
