Acura has been a brand pushing rather meh designs for quite some time now. Although Agent 001 and I have spoke at length about cars like the Legend and the 2008 TL Type S — the latter we believe was one of the best looking sedans produced ever — overall we've felt that Acura hasn't been on the upswing.

Yes, the company moves units due to its connection with Honda and a loyal fan base, but is the organization pushing the boundaries of the possible? No.

It seems like recently though there's been a bit of fire in the oven. With the debut of the all-new NSX, MDX and TLX, the company making some positive noise. So, what's ahead for the future? Check out the all-new Precision Concept.

This vehicle is said to provide a glimpse of what's coming down the 'pike from a design perspective. That means, for the first time, we're seeing an Acura future without the beak. Now the vehicle sports a wide-mouth front grille and a lot of angular lines.

It's a very aggressive design that looks like Acura is ready to shed its "soap bar" look and go for something more polarizing like Lexus' new look. To me, this is exciting and a big step forward.

BUT, what say YOU, Spies? How do YOU like the all-new Acura Precision Concept?
