There are some things you cannot teach. Experience happens to be one of those things. Although I know a lot about the automotive space and products, Agent 001 has me trumped. And he should, given his age ;).

So, when he saw my post about Volvo's all-new S60 Cross Country sedan he made a joke: "The eagle has landed!"

I had no idea what he was talking about. With good reason, might I add. He was referencing a product produced in the light 1970s and early 1980s known as the AMC Eagle. I am an 80s baby — this was well before my time.

You may remember the Eagle as it was one of the first vehicles to start the "crossover" movement. Sporting a standard sedan's body on top of a lifted chassis, it's certainly a sight to be seen. And if you check out Volvo's S60 that it will be displaying at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, you may notice a resemblance.

Now that we've been given some proper context, what do YOU think of Volvo's S60 Cross Country?
