While we've been impressed with previous BMW 5-Series, and we were when the all-new F10 was introduced, it quickly faded into the background when cars like the Audi A6 and Lexus GS were introduced.
Let's face it, BMW is starting to change quite a bit and move away from its original driver dynamics in favor of a more broadly accepted luxury car feel.
