Every time I see the all-new Ford GT it's like I hear that Frankie Vallie song "I can't take my eyes off of you." You know it. That jam is a classic. Much like the Ford GT40.

Although it was followed up with the GT in the 2000s, I think this much more forward thinking and innovative take is going to bring us some interesting territory. Why?

Well, first off, instead of using a monster V8, this go around the Blue Oval is ditching it for an EcoBoost six-cylinder with forced induction. Though it seems there's a bit of hemming an hawing on the 'net, I reassure you this thing sounds quite beastly. I think it'll be more than able to get the job done.

Secondly, check out the aerodynamic treatments. Something tells me that this GT is going to be pretty damn fast with its purposeful design. As stated in previous threads, it looks like a P1 Le Mans racer due to the rear end's air channels.

And lastly this thing is going to cost some big dollars. According to the latest word on the street, pricing will be in the neighborhood of the Lamborghini Aventador. In other words, somewhere around the $300,000-500,000 mark.

Until the full specs and pricing are relayed I am just going to keep enjoying the view.
