Yes, because the subtle previous-generation M3's were such a flop...The M3 isn't about excessive and pointless styling editions. It is a pure driver's car, and M3 owners adknowledge and respect that.Since the M3's inception on the E30, subtle aggression has been in its successful formula from day one.BMW knows its market of die-hard enthusiasts, and wouldn't want to disappoint them with. The IS-F? *cough* try-hard *cough*— Matthew1 (View Profile)

I just love all the new comments coming from the Euro fans here now with the IS-F and LF-A. "Trying too hard" must have been in their most recent talking points memo for degrading Lexus. The thing is, all this time beforehand Lexus has gotten flak for not trying hard enough... They put a little effort in, now they're trying "too hard."By the way, I don't think that blue color will be the best color for the IS-F. I keep waiting to see a black one in some real-life photos...that will look better I bet.— Will_ (View Profile)

I'm sure that was just a test-mule, not the car that will be on the showroom floor, if they wanted us to see the full version, they wouldn't have the black cover over parts of the car...— Blakura (View Profile)

They came straight off a '90s Honda Civic. The M3 Coupe will definitely be the better looker.— Will_ (View Profile)

Too bad you guys couldn't drive it either so we could get your "expert enthusiast" opinions about all the magic feel.— Will_ (View Profile)

I love hot wagons. An M3 wagon would be sweet. In fact, in the latest EVO magazine (or at least the one on American shores), they compared the M5 Touring to the RS4 Avant. Although the RS4 won, barely, it was a very close comparison. It was probably the fact that the RS4 Avant is £16K less that put it on top, as well as being more nimble.— S4cabriofoxone (View Profile)

Lexus King - So why has Lexus been copying the Europeans for so long? No real driver buys a Lexus. I mean c'mon, you own one right!!!— r_driver04 (View Profile)

The 3 handles well but it might just as well be a 2-seater as there is very little rear leg room in that car. Was it designed for the dwarf market?— EnnNorak (View Profile)

no, actually I think it was designed to have more rear seat room than the A4, IS, and C-class. Guess what? It DOES have more rear seat room than all of those, at least until the new C-class comes out.— JRobUSC (View Profile)

It's not A6-size. None of the cars in this class have great rear seats, but the G35 is close to mid-size.— S4cabriofoxone (View Profile)

I have 2 lexus and 2 BMW. I bought them for different reasons. I drive the BMW's and my wife drives the lexus. She wants to be muted from the road. I however love to drive. You Lexus fans, just like the idiot above my post, are dumber than a brontosaurus with down syndrome. At least give a compelling opinion based on experience. Hey Lexsucks, you are a waste of air.Lexus is designed to be riden in. It is a very cushy transportation appliance.BMW is designed to be driven. It is a drivers car.Period.— Qwazywabbit (View Profile)
