If you’ve never heard of the Revenge Verde, then we don’t blame you, as we haven’t either.

Besides the unknown company, the look of the car is very similar, well that’s because it shares a good portion of the chassis with the discontinued Ford GT. While the appearance is definitely eye-catching and appealing, the powertrain doesn’t disappoint either.

Let's refrain from calling this a "supercar", all it's is a rebodied Ford GT with an optional GM engine. Just like the Edonis was a rebodied Bugatti EB110.

If they actually came up with their own chassis and had a another's engine, then, we could call it a actual car that they produce. It seems that now more than ever, new car companies are wlling to cut even more corners.

The Ford GT was a supercar, performing on spec with much more Ferrari and Lambo models, during production so why would this being related to it make it less of a supercar?

I think it looks alright. It certainly looks like a super car and if the figures are between 3 and 5 seconds it has super car numbers as well. Should be interesting.

Do ya'll read? Between 3 and 5 secs? And the base engine puts out 600+. The Ford GT was doing mid 3s with 550. And 4 sec or 5 sec is not supercar territory. They don't have a def figures on the car. Not a supercar.

And most telling, 91z4me, you said this car is related...this company is suppose to be a new company---get it. Not related to. They used the chassis andthe Engine for the Ford GT, nothing but a rebodied GT, that they don't have actual figures on only "between 3 and 5 secs", and none of you question that?

What hasn't been given by the article is that this car is an eco car, with highly skeptical numbers of 110mpge (mpge=equivalent mpg... meaning this is probably a plug in hybrid) supposedly they are doing it with cylinder deactivation down to one cylinder and a mild hybrid approach. This all adds in as weight, so I guess that is where they don't really know where to put in the 0-60 times.
