Porsche’s first all-electric vehicle, the Taycan, is already proving to be in higher demand than the automaker anticipated.

The German automaker says that they are going to increase the planned production of the Taycan after seeing high demand – though it could be split between the 4-door sedan version and the Cross Turismo version.

Previously, Porsche was reportedly planning to produce about 20,000 Taycan vehicles per year.
