One of the great things about the internet is the speed at which news spreads. One of the bad things about the internet is the speed at which false news spreads. Take, for example, the significant amount of misinformation that was reported when the Boston Bomber was on the loose.
Well, a new "image" has hit the web of what's being speculated to be the all-new 2014 Mazda 3 sedan. Of course this is BIG news because while the hatch was just released last week to a warm reception, you have to keep in mind that it's the sedan that people REALLY want.
I love hatches and all but average consumers would prefer a four-door sedan over a wagon-like hatch.
There's one problem with this image though. If you take a close look at its background, it matches the hatchback's photoshoot. Though we wouldn't be surprised if Mazda took BOTH vehicles to the same location to shoot, it is a touch fishy.
I do have to say though after examining this image it does look quite good. I know there are some incredibly talented artists out there; however, this just looks a bit too clean and a bit too well thought out. I am betting it's real. Though the background is the same, it is slightly "off" and it appears to be just a differently angled shot.
