The Bentley Bentayga is all-new über luxury automaker's sport-utility vehicle. Although some on the sidelines may be asking why does anyone need an SUV with the sort of attention to detail and obsessiveness found in a Bentley, we retort: "Why not?"

There's an ass for every seat, folks.

Recently spotted undergoing winter testing with a Volkswagen Touareg, the all-new Bentayga is still wearing some deceptive camouflage. The headlights and taillights remain unrecognizable; however, the window lines have become quite clear at this stage. One funny little thing I noticed now about this tester: although it's clear where the Bentayga's "hips" are, the engineers tried to throw off perspective by using what appears to be several stickers.

As of now, many details still remain unclear. Will it feature a W12 or a V8? Now speculation has cropped up suggesting it may be the very first Bentley to utilize diesel power. While I suppose that would make sense from a torque perspective, I just don't see a Bentley using an unrefined diesel motor. Of course this assumes Bentley isn't using some all-new innovative method to smooth out the powerplant.

Anyway, onto the spy pics!
