I have to admit, I have a sickness. This, my friends, would be any new automobile that sacrifices luxury accoutrements for greater acceleration times, more agile handling, lighter weight and a louder exhaust.

Oh, and plenty of Alcantara. I love that stuff.

While we've seen Porsche and Ferrari doing this sort of thing for eons, Lamborghini is a relative newcomer. Sure, it had SV variants dating back to the Miura but the stripped down versions didn't really happen until the Diablo GT and comeback of the SV in form of the Murcielago.

After the Gallardo Superleggera we were gifted with other variants that continued to place an emphasis on hardcore weight savings and bumps in power. Now it's the Huracan's turn.

While the rumor mill has indicated it will be named the Superleggera, this is merely speculation. What we can blatantly see thanks to these excellent spy shots are some serious adjustments to the Huracan. This includes aerodynamic additions and significant styling changes.

Really examine that front clip. Check out that high soaring rear wing. We're thinking this thing is going to be mega. Imagine if it drops over 150 pounds and gains 20-50 horsepower?

This thing's going to be a rocket!
