Jeez, I remember when the F10 BMW 5-Series was undergoing developmental testing. It feels like only yesterday we were posting as many spy photographs as possible and speculating on its all-new design. After several years, its time for a refresh, or as BMW says "Life Cycle Impulse" (LCI). I wish I were joking about that bit.

While we've seen the 2014 BMW M5 testing with the new Competition Package, we have yet to see a standard one, specifically this Red one. The more I look at it though, I think it could just be a cloudy day and Sakhir Orange.

Not much more to say than that. Click over to see the FULL spy pics.

As we have reported, the 2014 BMW M5 will be receiving a Facelift together with the standard 5-Series. The refresh has already been partially revealed, but it’s been unknown how much of the M5’s design would be affected.

These spy photos show that the M5 will receive the same upper front fascia and headlight updates as the 5-Series, but will receive no changes to the lower front bumper design. Like the 5-Series, the M5 will also receive light updates to its tail lights and lower rear bumper.

The standard 5-Series Facelift will receive tweaks to its steering, but it’s not yet known if the M5 will be affected by this, or receive any other mechanical updates.
