There's been a lot of interesting commentary brewing about Porsche's flagship model, the 911. In recent months there's been a flurry of conversation around an upcoming facelift. Though it seems far too early, to me, others think this is completely viable.

In addition, there's two models in the pipeline: the GTS and GT3 RS. Though we've seen a lot of the GT3 RS, the expected GTS car has gone sight unseen in the past couple of months.

That is, until now. I think.

In an all-new set of spy shots, a lonely Porsche 911 sits at a Porsche facility and it's clearly a test vehicle sporting a mish mosh of parts. Check out the front clip that's from the car's aerodynamics package, the carbon fiber-backed racing seats and roll cage, and Turbo S center lock wheels. It doesn't appear to have an extremely wide rear track nor is it sporting a massive spoiler.

So, what the hell is this thing? Is this Porsche's all-new 911 GTS OR is it the facelift? What say you, Spies?
