One of the most popular vehicles in the Mercedes-Benz portfolio is the GLK-Class. As an entry-level luxury sport-utility vehicle, it was the go-to choice for those who were not impressed by the likes of the Lexus RX, BMW X3 or Audi Q5.

Angular and quite tight on the inside, it looks like its replacement — the all-new GLC-Class — will feature a much more curvaceous design that's in line with Mercedes latest products. In addition, it appears to have grown in scale, which is a welcome sight.

Now that the GLA-Class is here and the C-Class has moved slightly up market, the GLC will have a bit more wiggle room.

Spied at a Mercedes-Benz facility in Germany, these spy shots captured not one or two, but three, GLCs being unloaded off a truck. Note the heavy cladding has come off for the very first time and we're now seeing it in several different colors: a dark red, a silver, and white.

Around the back end you'll note its hind quarters are looking pretty tidy with what I'd consider S-Class Coupe-like rear taillights and C-Class sedan-like exhaust tips.
