The 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show brought us the debut of the all-new MINI Cooper.
Though the brand's name might imply a small demeanor, it's clear that its products have been actually been starting to get developed inverse to that meaning.
In other words, MINI's vehicle's are continuing to get bigger. This is a good thing because, in reality, how many folks are in the market for a two-door small car? The brand knows it has to expand its lineup in order to capture more market share and nurture its loyal customer base.
First it was the Clubman, and then the Countryman and its sportier cousin, the Paceman. Now we're seeing another evolution in form of the MINI Cooper getting two more doors.
That's right, these two pictures make it clear as day that the Cooper will be receiving a five-door model in its portfolio.
The poster of the two images states that he spotted the vehicle "at work" and as far as we can tell that would be at a port of some kind — by air or sea, we do not know. We assume it was in the Netherlands as the forum this user posted on has a ".nl" URL.
That said, where do YOU think this MINI will turn up? The 2014 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS)?
