The Porsche 911 has been undergoing some interesting changing as the 991 update has now rolled out. Now all the 911s are turbocharged, with exception of the GT3 and GT3 RS.

And while the 911 is a super capable vehicle already, we have still yet to see the most incredible 991 yet. That's because the GT2 RS has not hit the street.

Until now, that is.

Spotted getting a work out on the world famous Nurburgring, the GT2 RS is being seen for the first time. Expected to feature extreme aerodynamics as seen on the GT3 RS and have upwards of 650-700 horsepower, this is going to be the über 911. Oh, and here's the catch: It will only be rear-wheel drive and it will make use of the GT3 RS' weight saving tactics.

See what you think of it as it laps the 'Ring. Are you digging the sound? It's quite loud and that PDK is snapping off some ferociously quick shifts.

This video features the new upcoming 2018 Porsche 911 991 GT2 RS Mule spied testing on the Nürburgring, Nordschleife. You can clearly hear the 6 cylinder twin-turbo boxer-engine, which will produce probably between the 650-700HP!
