Scion Announces Pricing for 2008 Scion tC
Scion, of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., announced pricing today for the 2008 Scion tC sports coupe and tC Spec Package models. The 2008 Scion tC and Scion tC Spec Package will be available at dealerships next month.

The Scion tC Spec Package will have a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $15,300 for a manual transmission and $16,100 for an automatic transmission, an increase of $300, or 2.0 percent and 1.9 percent respectively. With the additional standard equipment, the base MSRP for the core model Scion tC is $17,000 for the manual transmission and $17,800 for the automatic transmission, an increase of $600, or 3.7 percent and 3.5 percent respectively. MSRP does not include delivery, processing and handling fees, which vary depending on location.

I don't understand why the tC gets such shitty MPG -- it has the Camry motor right? and the Camry gets much much better MPG...why? even with a manual tranny in the tC it still can't match the Camry's mpg....why?!?!?!

solution? put the Prius drivetrain or the Camry Hybrid drivetrain in the car! oh wait, Toyota is too busy putting the Hybrid tech into the GS and LS...S T U P I D !!!
