A district court in southern Sweden has rejected Saab Automobile's application for creditor protection, paving the way for possible bankruptcy filings from labor unions. The only way Saab can survive is if the Chinese government agrees to the signed deals. The Chinese government has yet to act on these deals. It seems doubtful that Saab would be able to hang on. Mueller is obviously not a good manager. He may be a good deal maker but that's not the way to run a company. Also it is incredible the way the Swedish government and Euro governments work in controling who can invest in Saab. I think if they lose the appeal they should just liquidate and put themselves out of their misery.Very sad.— mini22 (View Profile)
