Google Glass limits vision and could be dangerous for drivers and pedestrians, researchers have warned. Academics at the University of California asked volunteers to test out the high-tech device and monitored their field of vision.
They found that Google Glass created worrying blind spots which were far worse than those caused by normal spectacles.
The worst area for lack of vision was the upper right handside where the digital display and camera sits.
They have now warned against wearing Google Glass while performing tasks such as driving and cycling that require peripheral vision as it may be dangerous.
