Down in SoCal it seems like just about everyone has a Ferrari. If you're a Tifosi, take a drive up the Pacific Coast Highway and you'll be satisfied very quickly.

But if you're tired of seeing 360 Modenas, 430 Spyders or 599s, your thirst may not be quenched. Seeing a vintage Ferrari on the road is a true gem.

And to see what made its way to Cars & Coffee, well, it could be a once-in-a-lifetime affair. That's because this vintage Ferrari is a 1956 250 GT Coupe Speciale. Supposedly one of four built.

That's way more exclusive than an Enzo or any other special edition 'Rarri. And, by God, listen to that V12.

According to the folks who filmed this a similar vehicle sold at Amelia Island's auction for nearly $1.5 million. Well played, sir.

Rare 1956 Ferrari 250 GT Coupe Speciale spotted at the Cars & Coffee show in Irvine. Beautiful example of a car. A similar car recently sold at an RM auction for close to $1.5 million.
