I don't know about slow shifts, but I definitel mis-shifted twice - 2nd to 5th. I'm used to the short shift kit on my 330, the full length drag of the 135's gearbox takes a little while to get refamiliar with.

WOW is right! Best six-cylinder I've ever heard, next to Porsche. Definitely worth the money.

Seriously, learn to shift. Your techniques are fine for on the road, but on a track you should definitely learn to heel-and-toe or at least rev match for stability reasons.

Also some track lessons would not do harm either.

Yep, and i heard no revs in the corners, you need some gas to keep the vehicle Stable around the bends (also in case you need to use some oversteer to correct the direction in which the front is pointing)

004 - you need some schooling in the art of toe-and-heel down shifting while heading into a curve

I have a few question about th car and hope agent04 or 01 can answer:

1) we know on paper the car is actually quite heavy. How does the car actually feel? Personally I don;t think that is a good circuit to test the car, they need some quick turns to really test the balance of the car.

2) I know this car have a pretty wide power band all the way to 8500rpm. what where do you say from driving the car at what rpm does the really power starts to kick in?

3) what is a ambient of the test day and how many laps have you done? Did you drive hard enough to notice any brake fade?

4) If you have driven the 335i before, how dose this car feel compare to the 3 series with the same engine?

Thanks!
